A Few of My Favorite Things

Fresh herbs-you can use fresh herbs as easily as dried ones.  Most supermarkets carry organic herbs in the produce section.

Organic Greek Yogurt...Plain and unsweetened.  You can make everything from parfaits to using it in place of sour cream for added nutrition.  Also makes great frozen yogurt.  (Recipes coming soon)
I have used several different brands of xylitol.  This brand seems to be the most consistent.  It tastes the most like sugar and helps to bulk up recipes as well.
